In Memoriam: Marian St. Onge

The Dept. of Romance Languages, with great sorrow, announces the death of Dr. Marian Brown St. Onge, a long-time member of the Boston College community, who passed away on August 18, 2021.

A person of great and many talents and unflagging vitality, Marian served in many different roles during her BC tenure, including Coordinator of the French Language Program, director of the Womens Studies Program, and, most importantly, founding Director of what is now the Office of International Programs.
