Charlie is a student of contemporary American history with research concentrations in U.S. social movements, radical internationalism, American Marxism, and systems of race and inequality in U.S. society. In particular, he is interested in unearthing threads of radical love, caretaking, and comradeship in broader histories of resistance and revolution. Charlie graduated summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University and is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
