

James Masanek is a second-year M.A. student in the English department at Boston College.
After growing up in the Cincinnati area, James graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in both English and political science. At Boston College, he currently works as a first-year writing instructor. Last academic year, he worked for the Writing Fellows Program and served as an assistant editor for Best of the Journals in Rhetoric and Composition. His research focuses on transnational modernism, twentieth-century literature, political theory, and deconstruction.
