Biography

Professor MacClure teaches internet governance in the International Studies Program at Boston College. He also works as a legal consultant in internet law, media law, and constitutional law. He received his J.S.D. and LL.M. from Yale Law School, and an LL.B. from the University of Chile School of Law.
