On February 18, 2025, Faculty Director Daniel Kanstroom, was interviewed on WBUR about the current state of immigration law. He stated:
"Once there's an evisceration of the rule of law for anybody, there's the beginning of an evisceration of the rule of law for everybody. And I think that is the real story now — that’s the real danger here.”
