A Carroll School education is much more than a degree—it’s preparation to thrive in a fulfilling career while transforming organizations, communities, and business itself.
We embed practical career training and 21st century skills within curricula, emphasizing a balanced approach to management. Our dedicated Career Development team provides personalized guidance, helping students identify potential career paths and job opportunities, prepare for interviews, negotiate salaries, and more.
Our students can also tap into one of the nation’s largest and most active alumni networks. Loyal Boston College alumni return to campus to mentor students and connect them to opportunities, while the Eagle Experts Network—a group of 350+ successful Carroll School alumni—helps students in Sophomore Accelerator secure internships through one-on-one advice and mock interviews.
