First-year guide

First-Year Guide

Dear Members of the Class of 2026,

Welcome to the Carroll School of Management at Boston College! Your decision to enter business school represents an investment in your future and it is our hope that you will take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself over the next two years—academically, professionally, and personally. A lot will be demanded of you but we are confident in your ability to overcome each challenge and to achieve success, both in the program and beyond.

To aid in your transition, we have prepared this site as a resource to guide you through the first year of the MBA program. In addition to your daily schedule of classes, you will find important information about academic, technology resources, and contact information for core faculty and Graduate Programs staff. This site will be updated as information changes and you can expect Spring semester scheduling information to be posted in late Fall.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Your class section assignment can be viewed here

• To view the class schedule calendars below, you need to first log into your BC Gmail account and then, if necessary, refresh this page. If for any reason your browser fails to display the calendars, you can access the Section 1 Calendar here, and the Section 2 calendar here. Again, you will need to be logged into your BC Gmail account to access these calendars.

• If you have not yet set up your BC Gmail account, you can learn how to do so by visiting the Information Technology Services website.
