<p>A cover letter is your opportunity to demonstrate to an employer your fit and enthusiasm for the role. Simply by taking the time to write a tailored cover letter, you are showing the employer that you are an eager applicant. Eagle Exchange
<p> Making connections is a crucial part of your job and internship search. Use Eagle Exchange to reach out to alumni who work at organizations you&#39;re interested in to set up informational interviews. You&#39;re not asking for a job, instead you are looking to gain valuable advice to inform your search. You can also use Eagle Exchange to find short-term project listings from alumni to apply to. Alumni projects offer you the opportunity to gain experience, develop new skills, and boost your resume. </p>

Endeavor
<p>Through reflective exercises, conversations with alumni, and industry immersions with employers, you will explore the fit of a few career options and leave knowing at least one career field you are interested in further exploring.<br /> </p>
<p>Endeavor is a free three-day career exploration program during winter break that will empower you to take control of your career journey. <br /> </p>

<p>All of the top employers are hiring on Handshake, including the Fortune 500, nonprofits, and startups.
