<p>Yes. The Boston College Career Closet is open to all Boston College students. Any items taken from the closet are 100% free of charge and yours to keep. No returns are necessary. <p>Salary negotiation can be tricky, especially if you've never had a salary before. Before you negotiate, make sure to research if there is a standard salary for the position and if not, determine what the general range is for your level of experience. Our office can offer advice about negotiating your salary if you have additional questions.
