Office of Sustainability Expands Composting Program to Student Dormitories

Previously only offered at the dining halls, the Office of Sustainability is expanding the campus composting initiatives to student dormitories. Starting Feburary 3rd, compost toters will be located outside of most dorms on Lower, Newton, and Upper Campuses. Students will be able to divert more food waste from landfill and all compost will be convereted to fuel to power a waste treatment plant north of Boston.
