Graduate Web Assistant Program


The Graduate Web Assistant program, established in 2002 by the Academic Vice President at Boston College, is a component of Instructional Design and eTeaching Services. The program is administered by Instructional Design and eTeaching Services in conjunction with Richard Jenson, a Faculty Moderator.

Graduate Web Assistants bring to those faculty, Teaching Fellows and Teaching Assistants whom they assist:

    * Advice and instruction on preparing and converting documents for the web.
    * Help with WebCT
    * Assistance finding and using web resources on campus
    * Familiarity with Dreamweaver, Fetch, WS-FTP, WebDAV and other web-related software and protocols.

 

 

 

Graduate Web Assistant Information
The Graduate Web Assistants (GWA) for 2006-2007 are:

Cristina Joy , a master's student in the English Department.
Nirmal Trivedi, a PhD student in the English Department
Guliz Turgut, a master's student in the Lynch School of Education
Will Schenck , is a PhD student in the Romance Languages and Literatures Department
